Asking Price
The asking price for all our assets, including but not limited to the skating ramp, synthetic ice, heads up hockey, i-pads, reaction pods, wireless timers, NHL regulation goals and board/netting system is $35,000 plus GST. The total retail value of the above noted assets, including shipping and install, is over $100,000 and the majority of assets have been purchased within the past 18 months.
Our Lease
The purchaser would also have the option, subject to landlord approval, to assume the current lease of One7 Hockey Ltd. Monthly rental costs are $3,400 plus GST with directly metered utility costs (approximately $150/month) being the only costs the tenant is responsible for above and beyond the rent. The currently lease runs until March 31, 2030 with no rental increases during that time and a tenant option to renew for two additional 3 year terms.
